Overview
LA Metro (TCAP) — the Transit Career Academy Program — pairs interns with real agency briefs. On Team 5 (Interns in Training), we developed Gridlock Buster, a campaign concept that frames congestion as a system problem: a traffic signal with red, yellow, and green lit at once as a simple, memorable metaphor for gridlock.
My contribution was part of a collaborative sprint—building the title / team identity slide, supporting deck graphics for the intervention narrative, and helping prepare presentation-ready exports for review. The work sharpened how I think about public-facing transit messaging: bold color, legible hierarchy, and one clear visual idea per slide.
- Team delivery — eight-person intern cohort (IIT / TCAP) presenting a unified campaign story to program mentors
- Visual metaphor — traffic-light motif tying “all phases at once” to the Gridlock Buster name and LA Metro context
